Just wanted to let you all know that over the last 24 hours we’ve been migrating our customer support system over to a new provider. 
The new system will allow us to publish popular questions and solutions – meaning you’ll potentially be able to find the answer to your query instantly yourself. We’ll still be providing the same level of personal support, of course, but you might just get a quicker answer by searching the queries we’ve already answered.
Those of you who had already registered a query on the old ticket system should have received an email asking you to click on a confirmation link – please oblige and click on it so your details get migrated!
Please bear with us for a couple of days while the new system beds in and we find our feet with it! We know you’re going to love it and we feel it will support our objective of being a community driven organisation.

Yes, absolutely. CSVPiG creates posts exactly as if you had entered them manually, just MUCH quicker.
