Hi Chas, not quite sure what you're referring to when you mention "5 second response time", their support or how fast they serve web pages? 5 second support responses sounds pretty good, so I'm guessing you mean they server pages slowly, to be honest I've not had that problem but I'll run a few tests to make sure my sites are quick enough.

The have a 5 second response time. That's in the bottom 15% of speed. There is more money in fast service.

I opened a ticket with their sales department, and asked 6 questions.
One of them was :
2.
Is it possible to get 12 clean IPs, each issued from *different* and *
non-sequential* Class-C, Class-B, and Class-A blocks ?

H9 answer :
We don't guarantee different class ip's and even if each has to be justified with an ssl

So far for scenario 4.
additional cost in my case : 12 x SSL.
I passed up.
